I have been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1988.
I have managed a gym, taught swimming, boxercise and personal fitness training. Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer I have worked with a range of clients, from the older frailer adult, people with diasbilities, complete beginners and competitive sports people in order to help them achieve their weight loss and fitness goals or improve at their sport. I also teach chair based and OTAGO exercise classes for the older adult.
I myself have trained since leaving school and I am keen on weight training, cycling, swimming, rock climbing, horse riding and trying new sport or exercise classes.
I am fully insured and first aid qualified. My specialist subjects are weight management and exercise for the older population and specialist medical conditions.
