Q I am thinking of starting Personal Training but am worried I won’t be able to keep up with the Trainer’s demands. Is it very tough?
A Only if you want it to be. I establish what you aim to achieve and how you feel you need help. For the majority this will mean being coached and encouraged. It is not Boot Camp. Personal Training with Home Fitness is for all levels from beginners to the advanced sports person.
Q Who is Personal Training for?
A Personal training is for everyone, there is no prerequisite. It is for anyone who wants to improve their exercise and fitness knowledge, their level of fitness or who finds it hard to motivate themselves. It is also useful for people with a specific condition, illness or injury who want to be sure they are exercising safely and pre or post natal. It is a great introduction for beginners or those stuck in an exercise rut.
