The first session is one and a half hours long you will be asked to complete a medical form and includes an initial health screening and assessment. This includes blood pressure, body fat percentage, weight, lung capacity and the one minute sit up test. It is also the time to start setting your goals and thinking about how to achieve them.
This initial consultation gives me an opportunity to assess your current level of health and fitness and for you to ask all the questions you have so that you will feel comfortable working with me.
Sessions thereafter are 1 hour and are designed to suit your personal needs and lifestyle. There really is something for everyone, from the complete beginner to the experienced trainer or competitive sportsperson, whatever your exercise habits, likes and dislikes, suited to every age, shape and size.
My approach centres on what you want to achieve and how to get you there. This allows me to work flexibly with you. Having designed a personalised programme, which is both fun and challenging,my role will be to motivate you every step of the way. You will be constantly reassessed to see what you have achieved and to set new goals.
All equipment is provided.
I am a fully qualified professional Personal Trainer. I have been involved in the health and fitness industry since 1988 and a personal trainer since 1999. I am passionate about sports and fitness and always find time to do my own workouts as well as working out alongside my clients. I am also a swimming instructor.
I work with each of my clients, mixing and matching the workouts to keep motivation high. I help to create specific goals as well as incorporating the type of exercises that the client enjoys. I have taken a number of clients through from being non-runners to running in competitive races. As well as accompanying clients on runs, I work to encourage them through the "wall." I also run a number of chair based exercise classes for those whose range of movement is more restricted and have an enthusiastic following at these.
I am committed to personal development and keeping up my continuous professional development with regular courses on health and exercise. I passed the GP Referral exam so that I can get referrals from GP's, Physiotherapists and the Falls Prevention Clinic for people with medical conditions.
OUR FEES
- The initial session is 1 ½ hours and costs £50. This includes your fitness assessment, goal setting and a workout.
- 1 hour sessions £38 each.
- 5 one hour sessions £175 (£35 each) saving you £15.
- 10 one hour sessions for £340 ((£33 each) saving you £40.
- 1 hour session via Zoom £30
- There is no extra charge for additional friends or relatives training at the same time.
- If asked to travel outside of my 10 mile radius there will be a slight increase to cover the extra travel time and fuel costs.

HOURS OF BUSINESS
Sessions are available Monday to Friday from 6.30am. The last session is 7pm-8pm.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
All clients must complete a medical questionnaire before starting and are expected to disclose information about injuries, illness and medications in order to assist Suzina. Any physical activities undertaken are done so at your own risk.
Home Fitness operates a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less notice will be charged the full amount except in medical emergencies. Clients will be expected to pay for block bookings in advance or individual sessions at the end of each session by personal cheque, cash or bank transfer.

- I will arrive on time for the start of each agreed session
- I will give 24 hours notice if I need to cancel or rearrange a session, except in a medical emergency
- I will be discreet in any conversation and not impart any personal information without consent
Your commitment
- You will be courteous, positive and make an effort to exercise well.
- You will be dressed appropriately for the session.
- You will be open minded and ready to take on new challenges.
- You will not consume drugs or alcohol prior to your training session or smoke immediately beforehand.
- You will give at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rearranging a session.
- You will pay for sessions on the day of training or in advance.
